I'm very happy that I'm here with all of you. We decide to change our lives to change our habits. Many of my fiends and relative pulling me back. When they order me a various junk food every time when we go out. When I read your journals I'm very pleased of your success of your daily struggle with temptation around you and hard exercise that you do. I read one book that make me think how happy I'm that here I met a people like you, determinate successful, healthy and strong. The book is The Body Fat Solution by Tom Venuto.

I'm happy you are here :) It is difficult for our loved ones to allow us to change. I think we all battle that from time to time. They are used to us the way we are and they don't want to see us become different. You just have to keep going. They'll get used to it eventually. They also don't want to see us feel bad about ourselves. You'll probably encounter many who will tell you you are "fine as you are"- which you are- but it is only up to you what is best for your body. I found that explaining to my friends that I am doing this out of love and kindness to myself, not punishment, it has helped them to see I'm making positive changes, not torturing myself :)
