Ate healthy for the 1st half of the day yesterday and then went to the zoo for adult night and indulged in drinks and ate bar food super late after I got home. Fasting today until dinnertime. No guilt, just learning my balance. Hope you all have a great weekend!

I'm honestly trying to figure it all out still. I've been maintaining for about 3 months. I feel like I'm either not eating enough or going overboard. I exercise 4x a week (I didn't at all while losing) and I weigh myself every day to keep me in check. For most of the days of the week I eat clean with mostly protein and veggies. If I'm going to go out I try to make sure I eat clean or less the first part of the day. But I for sure have entire weekends when it all goes to he**. Good luck to you! Its definitely a journey.

Try eating eggs for one day it is supposed to be broiled hard eggs. Or broiled soft eggs 2 in the morning 4 to 6 at lunch and 2 for dinner. When I do that I lose 1.8 pounds but I do it only once a week.
