I have not weighed in some time. 165 was inspiring though. I kinda stopped tracking macros, as I know approx. what they are at this point. #Keto Life
165.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
