The next week or so are going to be tough. I have a bit presentation coming up for my thesis and I'm not ready, so there are a few all nighters in my near future and I'm fighting something and I'm sure the all nighters are going to cause what ever virus it is too win, not to mention that I'm on antibiotics for an infected cut. Next week, I'm going to be missing out on the gym and hospital sitting my friend, so there is going to be a huge temptation to eat Tim Horton's food - and not get any vegetables while not excercising. I think I'm going to aim to keep my calories below 1800 - so not trying to lose weight (except for muscle :S) and drink lots of water.
