Amarok's Journal, 21 February 2008

Ah.. so back up a bit. I haven't been doing a good job of counting. I'm pretty sure that I'm eating less calories than I'm using, but I'm probably not as low as weight watchers would recomend. I think this week I'm probably guilty of subsituting bad food for good food, so that even though my calories are reduced, my nutrition is down. Failing that - it just could be that the number last week (which did surprise me) was artifically low. Dunno

I'm going to try and do a better job this week and eat more veggies.

Eating more veggies is a great goal and obtainable! I like cutting up carrots and cucumbers early in the day it makes it easier to grab a quick snack. As for the numbers, they all seem to even out over a few weeks. Have a great week!
