Good afternoon fitfam! I had stopped by my parents yesterday on an empty stomach. Not the best idea! I had a ton of "bad foods". But at the same time, it felt oh soo good lol! As long as I can stay on track, I will be fine! FedEx was heavy last night. Totally sore! I have some design and printing to do on my business today. Let's get it!
216.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I totally understand visiting my parents when I am hungry is a bad idea! My dad tries feeding everyone that shows up to his house!
