Started at the gym about a month ago. I keep track of what I do and how much I do. My son asked me how much is difference there is between when I started and now, I honestly didn't think there was much of one. Boy was I wrong. First pic is first time at gym. Second pic was today.

It's smart to keep a log. I've begun doing that with my little 4 pound weights :)

Lol I started out with 4 pound weights in feb. I had carpal tunnel surgery. I started complaining about wanting to tone up. Then in june hubby surprised me with the gum membership. I'm in love. Lol
