Well, I am finally over my cold so I am ready to get to the gym this morning and have a good work out! We didn't eat too great over the weekend with my husband's birthday, so back at sticking with the plan and working hard this week. I did watch what I ate though as we went out so didn't eat nearly as bad as I would have before. I packed my own trail mix to the movies, and was conscience of what was going into my mouth overall, but still it wasn't great eating. I am up a little on the scale, so hoping it will go down by my weigh in day this week. I think it should. I do want to get below 150 by next week. I do notice that when I eat foods that aren't good for me or that may have too much sodium, I feel heavier and bloated. Even my hands get a little swollen and tight feeling from the water retention, and it causes me to have a much hard time breathing (not good as I already have severe asthma!) When I stick to the plan I feel so much better.
