Well, I am finally over my cold so I am ready to get to the gym this morning and have a good work out! We didn't eat too great over the weekend with my husband's birthday, so back at sticking with the plan and working hard this week. I did watch what I ate though as we went out so didn't eat nearly as bad as I would have before. I packed my own trail mix to the movies, and was conscience of what was going into my mouth overall, but still it wasn't great eating. I am up a little on the scale, so hoping it will go down by my weigh in day this week. I think it should. I do want to get below 150 by next week. I do notice that when I eat foods that aren't good for me or that may have too much sodium, I feel heavier and bloated. Even my hands get a little swollen and tight feeling from the water retention, and it causes me to have a much hard time breathing (not good as I already have severe asthma!) When I stick to the plan I feel so much better.

Isnt it amazing what a difference you can feel when eating right? I had the same thing two weekends ago, ate pretty bad, but stepped up this past week and I feel amazing. Keep it up, you'll definately be below 150 by the end of the week!

I notice the same w/ sodium. You don't realize how better your body feels until you take all the bad out. Then somehow you don't miss them anymore! You are so close to being under so get at it! you can do it!!!

Glad to hear you're feeling better and managed to stay in control over the weekend. Make sure you drink plenty of water for that water retention. I'm sure you'll be below 150 in no time at all! Good luck!!
