Think I'm going to bump my calories up today and see if that jump starts this again. Stuck... walking 7 days a week for 40-60 minutes (3-4 miles) Weight lifting 2 times a week... still stuck... maybe not eating enough calories, though my head is telling me to cut it to 1200 instead. Been eating between 1400-1550.

I don't know Christy, it just seems like you're doing everything right to me? What about your fat grams, are you keeping those low? Have you visited your doctor lately? Maybe they should run some blood work, check some hormone levels and such. You've got to be getting toned at least, right? There's no way you're not! How many inches have you lost?

Maybe try a change in your workout routine. Our bodies get used to what we're doing and then we don't get the same affects anymore.

Thanks girls, I know I'm doing everything right, just not as young as I used to be and that may affect the outcome (I want). After counting up the weeks, this is week 17, so 16 weeks ~ 14 pounds gone, is almost a pound a week, when looked at that way it seems better. Hate the mind tricks, not going to give in to them. :)
