Guys what do you do when you crave chocolate 😕 i find that even dark chocolate has a lot of calories... i am dying here!

Just have a piece of chocolate it’s not the end of the world. Enjoying a treat once in a while is actually good for losing weight. Do it :)

chocolate craving can be a sign of magnesium deficiency. Try eating a healthy food rich in magnesium instead.

Thx to all of you! Honestly i take magnesium supplements so i know its not that. Its just that its the first day of my cycle and i really want chocolate. So i guess its of just a small piece! Yayyy! 😁

Get someone to hide a half dozen or so 5 gram wrapped pieces round your house in hard to find places? Think about something else? I has hypnotized once to imagine that chocolate looks, tastes and feels like uncooked chicken fat. Not so bad once you try it. Kinda tastes like chocolate. So that didn't work. *hands Bianca Castafiore a big hunk of 70%*

Your cycle? Eat the chocolate. You need it. Just dont eat ALL the chocolate :D

I buy chocolate banana yogurt cups. They are amazing. But if I don’t have them and I crave chocolate I just have a spoonful of Nutella lol

I like your suggestion JenniferD79. It sounds like a healthy dessert, a dip for strawberries or even a topping instead of whipping cream. If you really don't want to eat chocolate, I think keeping it out of the house might help. if you need a bit then you could ration yourself to a square of the darkest chocolate possible.

Ok so after all this talk of chocolate I started craving it!!! I haven’t had it in 16 weeks but today I had half a matcha green tea flavoured kitkat. I rationalized the cheating on this as after all Green Tea is healthy right lol!

Lol i had mine too, i went to laura secord store and i wanted to buy one square but the lady at the store said buy 3 and get 3 free. Soni got them 🙈

Well, i hit send without having finished... anyway by the time i got home they were all metled into one big square coz its 39 degres here. I managed to cut a piece a tastes it.

Dark chocolate has plenty of healthy nutrients in it, yes it has calories but also a powerful source of antioxidants improve blood pressure and blood flow also will protect skin from cancer and can improve brain function. So don’t just worry about calories look up different foods and their benefits and this can help you make healthy choices
