The McDonald's fries .......... I knew better........ Paid the price all last night with a belly ache and paid even more on the scale today. Nothing to do now except get up and dust off and keep trucking!
197.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
