I had my personal trainer session yesterday. We worked mainly on lower body, because I've been having problems with my hips dislocating for the past few days. I really need to strenthen those muscles! We did squats, leg lifts, leg presses, all kinds of torture!
I'm feeling sore today, but it's a really good feeling. Almost as good as when I was doing the leg presses, and I could see the definition in my legs! That was awesome!
One problem I've been having since I got sick is when I do sit ups, or dead lifts I start feeling sick to my stomach...It could be because my ears have been feeling funny. I think my equilibrium (sp?) may be off. I've been getting dizzy lately...
