I had my personal trainer session yesterday. We worked mainly on lower body, because I've been having problems with my hips dislocating for the past few days. I really need to strenthen those muscles! We did squats, leg lifts, leg presses, all kinds of torture!

I'm feeling sore today, but it's a really good feeling. Almost as good as when I was doing the leg presses, and I could see the definition in my legs! That was awesome!

One problem I've been having since I got sick is when I do sit ups, or dead lifts I start feeling sick to my stomach...It could be because my ears have been feeling funny. I think my equilibrium (sp?) may be off. I've been getting dizzy lately...

Working out like a madwoman! Woohoooo! You are going to be one buff beauty this summer! I'm sure your problem with the sit-ups will pass soon. It sounds like you are right about it being an inner ear thing. Anything that affects the throat or sinuses can affect the ears. They're all so interconnected. Keep up the great work!

I think it's great that you pretty much get some type of exercise in everyday...I haven't started exercising hopefully i can kick my butt into gear

I try to hit the gym on my way home from work every day. I just think of it as part of my work day, and I find it's a wonderful way to de-stress!

Ya i just hate working out i never see any results...I did a bootcamp for 6 weeks with this extreme eating and barely lost anything. Im a small girl but i mean come on i need better results!!!!
