Well I am finally motivated to go back to the Gym. I realize that I must exercise daily for at least one hour. And weight lifting is very important ( especially during senior years). I joined a CrossFit gym it’s really cool.. I was I was years younger I would probably live in the place it just that Dopamined!
I working on my eating habits.. because I’m obese I’m opting for the Center for Medical Weight Lose. ((CMWL )). I will stay on the liquid protein to get started then move on to meals..
It took my years to gain weight but.., the good news is that it only takes weeks and months to lose it., Faster Results
