Slow progress but little bit I went to the gym or the pool every day this week for some activity goal met!I would do 40 minutes on the treadmill alternating with 30 to 45 minutes in the pool alternate days yesterday I did both pool and treadmill just because I felt like it
208.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 63.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
