new fitness goal working out in some fashion 5 days a week. right now i'm doing 3 days on treadmill in between days will be swimming water/walking jogging. good news is that bathing suit i bought is too big. i bought too big a size don't want to have to wait to get another one though the shorts almost fell off of me in the water that was not good i better order smaller size bottoms! not that i've lost additional weight i think i ordered too big a size not taking into account that the weight of the water would pull down on them! yikes!
