First official weigh in after my 1 month family vacation - up 2 pounds. I'm thrilled with that because other than the typical eating out while on vacation, and the mom meals that were not completely weight watchers friendly, there was also a cruise where I said things like "I'd like this dinner choice with a side order of that dinner choice please." Exercise was non existent, although I took the stairs everywhere on the ship regardless of what deck I was on and what deck I was going to. I was going to start fresh this week, but I learned that my school district is going to do a "Be Well" campaign that will include a weight loss challenge beginning in August, so now I plan on maintaining until I get weighed by my school nurse and then I will go back to trying to lose. They have a bunch of challenges planned which should prove to be very beneficial to me. Here's to a great new school year!
