So apparently I have developed a glucose intolerance.
Dr prescribed me Metformin. Anyone familiar with it?
He slowly increased me to be taking 2000mg of it :/ It makes me so nauseous. Has anyone had this symptom?

2000mg is the maximum daily dose. I'm surprised he's put you on that amount as that is the dose for someone with diabetes 2. It sounds more like you're pre-diabetic. What tests did you have for the glucose intolerance?

Quick heads up, Keto IF reverse this condition pretty quick.

I don't want to alarm you but Metformin can cause lactic acidosis. Taken from the web "The symptoms of lactic acidosis include abdominal or stomach discomfort; decreased appetite; diarrhea; fast, shallow breathing; a general feeling of discomfort; muscle pain or cramping; and unusual sleepiness, tiredness, or weakness. If you have any symptoms of lactic acidosis, get emergency medical help right away".

It looks like be careful and go keto? We are all living proof it works. Maybe get down to a lower dose after being on ketogenic for 30 days or more?.....

But don't take my word or ours...I'd see what your doctor says because it's complicated. Low blood sugar has serious side effects. Tiredness is the biggest one. Maybe low blood pressure too.
