Made hubby a blueberry pie, I'm not tempted thank goodness. Made myself some beef ribs, slow cooked in the oven. I'm planning on making myself some keto egg bread, supposedly it will taste like French toast. We shall see.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
