Day 5, Breaking the fast this morning.
1 tip for water fasting: Even though you feel fine, don't exert yourself in anyway. I helped offload a cart, i lifted 5 printers off a cart and onto the ground and I didn't feel the effect until later that night. I will not do that again next time I fast.
