Amazed i didn't gain today since i broke the fast. but I'm doing good on my diet. Having to relearn what to eat since I'm trying to do high protein now. So I'm logging my food again
228.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
