bit of a recoil after some precipitous weight loss flirting with 175 pounds. Was bummed at first, but now body fat scanning scale consistentley showing 20-22% body fat (which is much better than it usually has been - even through the weight loss). So if I am putting some back on, hopefully it is going to the right places.
Have skinnied out of the jeans I bought just last January (which is frustrating at $180 a pop for four pair). Dropped another $900 on jeans and shirts to show off the new 30 inch waistline. It has been so long since I have looked in the mirror and liked what I saw. Still need core strength and abs, but progressing well!
