We are eating alot more now just better no junk. I don't use butter or oil. I use butter flavor spray and powder topping.

I'm 51 and not as easy as it was in my 40's. I lost 50 in one month with I lost the 350 a few years ago.

Oil is healthy for you depending on what type you have and Butter is ok in small quantities. Some times the sprays are not as healthy as they seem as there are chemicals in some of them too

Ok Celtic Wonder to each his own as they say. Everyone is different and likes different things or can tolerate things better than others but whatever works for you that’s great! I just know there are healthy fats out there if you can tolerate them that are good for you but as you said they make you sick so do what you need to do to stay healthy
