I've made keto waffles. 1 egg, 1 oz cream cheese. Whip it up. It makes 1 pancake or waffle. That's it. I think you can also add a bit of almond flour. I never do, I usually add a bit of Torani syrup.

This one was made with coconut and almond flour. I added triple the amount of liquid because it was too dry but I think that might have been the biggest problem. I should try that recipe Dboza. I’ve been trying to use all this damn coconut flour I’ve got though lol

I got nice fat bomb recipes for you to use that almond flour LOL!
have you ever thought to make some breaded meat with it?? I am going to try using a little almond flour and crushed pork rinds dredged in egg first to make breaded quickie chicken and or baked pork chops.
I have seen a few keto recipes using coconut or almond flour as replacements for regular flour. I have not tried it to thicken gravy though.

Baskington I haven’t tried frying with it yet. Almond flour is better than coconut flour though. Texture is way better. Coconut seems to be too much of a sponge lol Oh I thickened sausage gravey with almond flour, flax meal, and heavy cream. It worked well but the flax flavor can be over powering so don’t use too much.

For sauces / gravies, I use Dixie Carb Counters Thick It Up. Works well, no off flavor or texture.
