So these last couple of weeks have been rather challenging in the motivation department. I have recently found that I have ADD so that is a huge contributor to the motivation factor. Hopefully, I can figure a way to keep the motivation going this time around. I am still happy though that my gain isn't too bad really. So far today, I have done fairly well in terms of fasting and such. Yeah, I ate some McDonald's breakfast but that was because I went into work to help my coworker clean up her room and fix boards and such and that was her payment. Can't complain really. Anyhow...now it's trying to not only get 10K steps but get all this homework and work stuff finished before bed time. :)
