Just came back after a month of vacation and traveling... Coming up with the plan to lose weight. Never reached 160 lbs in my lifetime... A bit scary... But trying to love myself the way I am and move on from there in a healthy way.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
