This digest has been working really well. I can tell because the shorts that used to fit me just right now fit more loosely and fall off my waist. (not completely off) So I guess that's good news. :3
129.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
