I am just standing still again on my weight. I should really not complain because I am in the size I want but...for the life of me I dont know how. When I was in this size before I weighed in the 130's low 130's. I am not going to get focused on my weight. I just need to keep doing what I am doing and caring more about the inches. I wish everyone luck and just know it can be done. I look at pictures of me at 186 and remember thinking there is no way I can loose over 50 pounds. Well I am on my way I have lost 44. I am shocked it took a while but I am doing it. If I can I know you can. I have tried all kinds of diets and failed time and time again. Just to loose a few pounds but to regain it back and then some. Just get it in your head your feed up and change your life. I am so much happier. I feel healther and do so much more. I can remember walking to my mailbox and by the time I made it back to the door I would be out of breathe. I will have to say I am getting to where I like to exercise. I feel so much better if I do and on days I dont I feel slugish. Okay so maybe next weigh in things will change but for now I am doing good and keeping it off.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I keep saying it...but you are an inspiration. I agree with the sentiment that it is possible to get to a point where a person likes to exercise. I do now as well. I really miss it when I can't. I have a buddy at the gym and who rides bikes with me and that makes it even better.

Exercise can make all the difference in the world. You can actually be a higher weight and a smaller size because of exercise. Muscle is much leaner than fat, so takes up less space. Good luck!
