Alright,,,,,been a lil off my diet somewhat (5 days to be exact),,have to weigh myself tomorrow to see how much I gained. Back on the wagon again, hhehe
I've had red lobster, ice cream cake, ice cream, buttered popcorn, few beers, chocolate!, cheese and can't r'ber what else.....hope i didn't gain much :-\
