It has been 2 months since I started my weight loss. It was difficult the first week, as every change in life is. I've managed to lose 9kg which It's about as heavy as a Dachshund dog. ;) I'm 2 kilos from reaching half of the weight I need to lose but I'm getting there. Thanks for the support and nice comments, we all are doing great, patient and persistence is key.
