10 weeks , 10 kilos. Not bad consider I went for an all inclusive holidays for a week.
I'm planning to do 3 weeks more of VLCD and then jump up to 1200 calories per day until I reach 25 BMI (8 kg less)
167.6 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
