So far so good. Only thing I am having trouble on right now is my sodas. I am addicted and have cut back a lot, but know that I really need to stop them all together. I try to remind myself that what I am drinking now IS better than before, so it is progress in the right direction.

Hope to get in exercise when I get home from work today. It is so hard, because I am usually so tired when I get home, but I know that I will only get so far without the exercise.

NO MORE EXCUSES!!!
