Another small loss and I am happy with that. But!! I had a treat. Chocolate cake from a neighbor that I did a good deed for. Not on my plan but I savored every bite. Took me 3 days to eat it. So that will take care of my sweet tooth, for awhile. Learning some control. Before I would have had it gone in 10 minutes. So back to the plan. The only problem is that when I have a sweet, I crave more. But not today.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
