Hello, hello. I've been using this app for around 2 months now, just never really posted about myself.

I started out at 180 pounds, nearly obese for my height. I decided to make a change around April, and so far I've lost 15 pounds! I've also been trying to get into shape, I've been running alot more than I used to. Well, that's about it for an introduction. Have a good day/night 😊
165.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
