They were really easy to make. I used 2 bananas, 1 cup pancake mix and 1/2 cup of water. They're better for you than using the full mix and taste better too. It made 11 pancakes so 3 days of breakfast plus a taste test.

Thanks! I’ll have to try it. I’ve never liked syrup or pancakes until I found a light low cal syrup and now I love them. Guess it was just too sweet before.
