Another difficult week...I still went down but it was not easy....There is seriously a party or a holiday every week! I'm convinced that the world wants me to gain!!!! My will power is not strong at times but I am still trying and working out as well!!! We will see how next week goes....
175.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 1.2 lb a week


Your chart looks amazing...your doing a great job! Working out is the hardest part for me. Keep up the good work!

Some weeks are just harder, it's just that simple. Just stay committed. You still lost more than FOUR STICKS OF BUTTER!!! That's perfect!! One to two pounds a week is absolutely perfect. I understand frustration with working out and aiming for more. Get your house craving free and get all the no-no foods out so you will not be tempted! :) It was hard for me to do, but the best thing I ever did! I replaced them with foods that I could have and not feel so guilty about. You have a great chart and you are doing wonderful!! Keep up the great work!! :)
