so these last couple weeks I have kind of stopped counting calories and macros, but I'm still eating keto. I feel that I have a good grasp of my body and what it needs now and I dont overeat, and only eat when I'm hungry.
I also was finally cleared to return to work as a CNA this past Friday so ive been walking and exercising more.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
