Very proud of myself - ended up at Friendly's last night and I didn't blow my calories for the day! I had their new blue cheese steak salad which was very tasty - not the best sodium wise but decent on calories. I'm sure the mound of fronions I took off lowered the cals/fat/sodium though.
Normally I would have had an app, the salad and ice cream but alas I am being good and I try to reserve my cheat days for weekends only. I would much rather fit into the next smaller size pants then have the ice cream thank you very much ;-)
Oh and today I was able to fit into a pair of size 16s again. Not only do they fit I'm not stretching every last fiber on them! The last time that happened was about 8 years ago - yeah me!
