Hmmm... didnt really follow things this week, but I did try to eat as healthy as possible at every meal. I've been chowing salads at an amazing rate this week and I started my new job.. I'm in a CNA training class atm and this week we will get our floor assignments. There will be lots of walking around and moving around with making beds and pushing residents to their various areas of where they need to be. Let the weight loss begin!! (continue, since I lost weight this week :) )

Starting today, I will be getting back away from the pepsi and back on the water. Unfortunately I cannot have anything to drink on the floor with me, but I will make sure that I have water in my locker at all times. I will also be eating salads all week for lunch. I've found I will eat more salad if I make it up the weekend before, put it into a ziploc baggie and put it in the fridge to munch on throughout the week... Hey, whatever works right?? Well, time to go finish up getting ready for work and I think I will be starting with a nice bowl of Cinnamon Almond Raisin Bran, with one of my Luna bars for breakfast. Have a good day all!
188.6 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
