Metabolism, I think I lost that years ago, along with my memory and virginity.

I live in an RV and though it's the biggest one we ever owned, when I buy something it has to be worth it's space! Well, I have been watching recipes being cooked in an instant pot and I went and bought one yesterday! So today I've been working on a space for it and trying to decide what to make in it first. Anyone have one? I've also been thinking about making some kraut for my gut health. Kraut isn't expensive unless you buy the kind with the living cultures and it's the only one that affects the gut health. I really want to work on my health (diet). I along with my cardiologist have been cutting down on my BP meds. I was taking 4 different ones and now one and next start working on my metformin. I've never been able to do that with other diets I've been on and my cardiologist recommended the book that the diet is from Dr. Joel Fuhrman's " The End of Diabetes".
