Ok...I need some help guys. I am not losing any weight or inches despite working out and following South Beach. Does anyone suggest I change diets?? I love south beach and the foods that are allowed. But if I am not losing weight, I can maintain my current weight without all the rules of SBD. I am currently detoxing and I am still not seeing any change.

Any diet sugggestions??

I suggest you change up your workout and take a look at your portion sizes. Try eating your larger meals earlier in the day. Most important, drink TONS of water. That really helped me the first time I tried this new way of eating. Stick with it, sometimes it takes time to see the changes.

I agree with lots of water. Probably 1/2 of your body weight in ounces is a good goal.

Some people find that they can't eat nuts and lose weight. Even though they're technically allowed. Try writing down everything you eat for a couple of days and see if there's anything that's slipping through the cracks, so to speak.
