Today is my first day on the new program and so far so good. On most Sundays I usually do not eat breakfast because I am usually getting ready to go to church. One of the biggest changes I have made with in the last couple months is that I am drinking more water than I used to, hardly no soda at all and if I do drink a soda I drink diet.

Hi there and welcome to fatsecret. This is an amazing site and there are so many people on here who will help you or give you an encouraging word if you need it. Stopping soda intake is huge! Good for you.. I myself have tried to cut out my soda. I am down to maybe 1 or 2 a week. If I feel hungry.. bored ... what have you i drink water. If you ever need anything please let me know!!!

Thank you so much for the welcome. Speaking of water I really cant stand regular bottled or tap water, so I drink Clear American flavored water. If you dont mind I would like to be come buddies with you just to have an extra friend that can encourage me when I need it.
