Well, this has been a better couple of days this week...but I think I can do better. I really have to watch my beer...bad habit to fall back into...but camping season really makes it hard. But if I just watch my intake all week & have a moderate amount of beer on the weekend (not like last weekend!) I should do just fine.
Anyway, I will be planning more meals this week and sticking to it, as well as my meals and snacks on the weekend. I am starting vacation this Friday afternoon, so deck building, motorcycle repair & camping...woohoo

I will hammer you! XD. Good luck with that deck building. I did that once too in July. Great time of year. Why do we do that in the hottest freakin' months? It was 100 the whole week I built by deck, luckily, it was for a pool, and I had beer....
