Finally got down to the clubhouse fitness center today. Did 45 minutes on the treadmill, 5 mins at 2 mph and 1 minute at 3 mph alternating. Felt good to start at last. Whether it will feel good tomorrow is another matter. LOL. But I was able to do the full time, 2.5 miles.
