I probably won't show any loss for a couple of days because of p.m.s. I'm drinking a ton of water and sticking to my diet so I'm not worried about it. I am finally healed enough to exercise but I'm going to take it slow and do every other day. I woke up this morning and my heel was killing me so nothing today. I'll do it again tomorrow.

Over all, I am super pleased with my over all loss and I'm finally getting to the point of being energized and feeling good.
