A little bit more than last week. Still going at least 3 days to Curves and trying to only eat what is on my Jenny Craig meal plan but still end up eating "bites" of extra items (I don't have the craving to munch on veggies but do for small bites of candy).
139.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Jenny Craig   gaining 0.6 lb a week
