Getting a little frustrated....the scale has stopped moving down. I've been at the same weight since January 30th. This is the longest I've gone without a loss since starting my weight loss Journey in September. I'm eating right, drinking my water and exercising at least 3 times a week. What should I do to get over this little hump? I'm 3 pounds away from reaching the big 40 pounds lost mark.

Be patient. You are doing great and maybe your body just has to adjust to your huge loss over this amount of time. Give it an entire month before you change too much. Good luck.

you might try more cardio, or change the exercise your gettin..mabye your body has gotten use to the routine..add the basics in..touching your toes, ab crunches...or lay on the floor and do leg lifts..anything to shock your body, an change your routine..

Thanks guys for the support. I'll definitely tweak my exercise routine and see if that will help. =)
