OK I am back. I tried something different for the past week as recommended by my MD. but I am not loving it. Something called NOOM. I have issues with the program already. The food data base is minimalist and I am not sure I like a guessetimate of my calorie intake. The serving sizes are preset so I can't customize it to much. So when it tells me I am under calories I don't believe its accurate. And as part of the program it wants me to weigh in everyday. I am not afraid of the scale I just don't see the point in weighing daily. It was free for a year so I will keep it but I think I will do my calories on here. I like this interface much better. I am not weigh in every day. I will stick to my two week plan. So restart the restart.
