Saw an amazing drop on weight. For not having much left to go. Between being sick and pay week surprised I even found some time to blade. Weekends are always bad hubby is tall and skinny can eat anything. Lots of junk in the house and cold beer is a weakness when working ob the Jeep or truck.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
