Tonight I am having a hard time sleeping, I was thinking about tomorrow mornings weigh in. Tonight I was out for dinner and it was salty. The only thing that was running through my mind was that it was going to cause water retention and show up on the scales in the morning. I just find it hard to stay with the program for this last stretch. My goal that I set in the new year, was to be at my goal weight by this next weigh in. I know that I had 3.2 lbs to go, but it was soooo hard to stick with it this week.
So as I was watching tv tonight, a commercial caught my attention. I went to the link that took me to the Lean Cuisine website. I was really surprised to see that they now are offering a weight loss plan that is very similar to the Jenny Craig one. I though that it was great. I know that lots of people's biggest complaint with the program is the cost. This offers an option that is really helpful.I know that I think it might be something I will look into in the future. See I have been on Jenny Craig now since June 07. In that time I have lost the weight and I am very pleased with it. But I am also a single mom and a full time student. So money is something that is a concern. A few times I was thinking of stopping the program due to my financial situation. But looking at the big picture, of thinking how much is this all worth to me, Jenny Craig won out.
Anyways I think that I have rambled on here long enough.

I seem to have a pattern with my weigh loss...gain, lose, than gain again. I had .6 lbs to go and I managed to gain this week. But that was just me, feeling comfortable with myself, and eating out. Ican do this in one week if I just set my mind to it. It just gets frustrating when I knew that I ate more, but i was excersicing more. :o(*
