Ughhh, miserably full. I never eat as much as I have today and I know for someone else it may not seem like a lot but for me it is. Off on my macros. Too many berries but they were delicious, at least in the beginning and then iI just couldn't stop myself till they were all gone. Praying this doesn't derail me. Back to staying focused and diligent in the morning.
